Intermittent phone service, great Internet service

I have not had any problems with Charter Internet service (knock on wood!) but the phone service on the other hand has not been so good. Sometimes I have to dial 5-6 times to get through to someone because the call won't connect. Other times my phone just goes right to my voice mail without ringing in the house so I don't even know someone is calling. The price can't be beat but you truly do get what you pay for. The overseas call center also makes things extremely difficult. When I first set up my service it took 2 hours on the phone and the order STILL wasn't right. Very frustrating!
