I have been with Charter for about 2 years now and I use all three of their services.  We have never had a problem with our cable or phone service.  The only reason that I gave them a 4 and not a 5 is that we lost our Internet connection about 3 times, but that isn't bad for 2 years.  Their customer service is excellent and their prices are the best in town.
