When you try to contact this company, you may be connected to India or Virginia. If you call right back, it will be a new place. The local office is worthless. You are unable to get answers from them. The company is so incompetent. They have no one to contact and get anything resolved.... just constant customer service that does not communicate as a whole. They are the only high speed internet we can get at our current location. I can not express my disgust for this company.
