    Bad Customer Service, Poor customer service

I have been a customer with charter for about 12 years. If I could find another cable company, I would switch right away. We have call to report an outage, and they don't even make a note of you calling. They want to charge extra for everything. Every month it seems our bill keeps going up. I wish another cable company would give them some competition,then maybe we could get some better service.
