"Worst HD service EVER"

Put extra stuff on bill, Service promises aren't kept, Can't trust them, wired allll the way around my house, Customer service does not LISTEN, wish more channels on basic w/o xtra $, Automated Phones, where are the people?, employees lie, not enough movies, Cable is out a lot

Charter's High Definition service is terrible. First of all, when we called to have our HD service set up, we were told it would only cost us $10 more a month. However, when the bill came, it was more like $20. Second, whenever we watch something in HD, the picture breaks up and or blacks out completely. Not to mention, the selection for HD channels is horrific. You get a few local channels, two ESPN channels, three movie channels, and some channels that no one really wants in HD anyways, like the Weather Channel. By the way, if you don't get their movie package, then you also don't get those three movie channels in HD.

A soon as AT&T's U-verse is available in our area, we're jumping on it and dumping Charter for good!!!!
