I had cable and internet. Internet goes out frequently, to start with. Then I received an offer in the mail for a certain rate and when my rate went up in spite of that, I kept calling customer service to have my bill corrected. I was nice about it but they would never even fix the bill. One of the customer service managers, when I asked who I could speak with above her, as in her manager, simply lied and said there was no one else I could speak with and that she was going to terminate the conversation. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Since she is not the president of the company, that's obviously not true. I actually had to go to the Better Business Bureau to get the problem resolved and the collection letters to stop!!!!!! I will never do business with them again. If I live in an area someday that has no other provider, I'd rather go without it.
