I have had charter fo rthe past 21 years and it has met my needs

Budget-Conscious, somewhat tech savvy
Pros

    interactive guide fun and helpful, It works!, Cable Available w/high speed internet

Cons
    wired allll the way around my house, The price is too high, not enough movies

I have had Charter for 21 years and it suits me just fine. i recently got their internet and telphone and i am very happy with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have had tecnical problems and when i call them come right away or at least when they say they will be there. Have never had any problems with tech support. They are a little pricey but i guess in this day and age everything is pricey.
