charter has been my main source of cable for television and computer internet service for years. We have no choice as it is the only cable comapny in my toem. I think their prices are a bit high. I hate that when you call to upgrade or bundle services and in their advertisments thhey can not just qive you the monthly price. It is always $$ for 3 months or $$ for 6 months. getting someone to say it will be $ per month is impossible. their site also words it like $99 a month for the first 3 months but no where can you find or get some one to tell you what the monthly fee will be after those 3 months. i feel it is deceptive.
