    ONLY HIGH SPEED OFFERED IN OUR AREA., Cable Available w/high speed internet, enjoy free on-demand selections and DVR

Cons
    Cable is out a lot, Only Cable Available in Our Area, Automated Phones, where are the people?

They try, but it just doesn't make it to peoples expectations of a great company...their service is spotty and comes in an out, no notice if their will be a planned outage, lack of real humans to answer phones and when you do talk with someone, they are from some other country.

I have had troubles with quality of signal and they have way too few hd channels yet they charge a premium....I wonder why there aren't more companies barking for our attention when the market is wide open....just need more towers for signals to get thru
