 I have had experience with cable both as an employee and a customer over the years. Charter Cable has given me pretty good service. The cable channels are exactly what they describe them to be. I get very good service with the customer service department and the tech department, however, billing leaves ALOT to be desired. No one in my billing department speaks English very well. It is extremely hard to understand what they are saying, and after repeated requests to repeat what they say or slow down when they say it, I am returned with irritated and snippy replies. Every supervisor is the same way. Not to mention the supervisors need to be on the same page as customer service. When my order was set up for cable installation, I had a past due balance. Customer service said I could pay that balance as well as the other charges at the time of installation. the billing department told me that I couldn't get the cable installed until the balance was paid and I had would have to wait 30 days to get the cable installed. Needless to say, the day my installation was to be installed, I paid my past due balance and other charges and my cable was installed.
