I have never been so disappointed in customer service in my life! Our cable was down for 2 weeks due to an accidental cut in the line. We waited nearly 8 months for the problem to be entirely resolved. In the interim, our neighbor's driveway was damaged during an operation to bury the cable, we had exposed cable throughout our yard and 2 neighbor's yards for months. Countless phone calls were needed to complete jobs. We have no alternative here except satellite. Seriously thinking about changing!
