Charter - Cable TV — 

I have called Charter Cable 6 times and made appointments to obtain service.  The appointments were set up and no one has been here yet.   Also, no one is doing any calling except for me.  I have been sitting here with a new TV that I cannot watch for 3 weeks.

Hmm. Must be the least expensive for a reason. What a bummer.

If they don't keep appointments they are the most expensive service. I think it's time to ditch them.
