Budget-Conscious, expecting good, fair service, golf addict
Pros

    Cable Available w/high speed internet, It works!

Cons
    Closed almost all US Call Centers, Only Cable Available in Our Area, Automated Phones, where are the people?, Customer service does not LISTEN, Can't trust them

Nothing special from Charter except the high prices. Never offer free months of movies unless you are new client. Those of us stuck with them never get a deal. Receive your bill on Monday if its not paid by Friday they send a cancellation notice. If I didn't have so many trees around my house I would for sure get the DISH
