    ONLY HIGH SPEED OFFERED IN OUR AREA., Cable Available w/high speed internet

Cons
    Only Cable Available in Our Area, Automated Phones, where are the people?, DONT HAVE THEIR ACT TOGETHER!, Closed almost all US Call Centers

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE THEIR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!!  IT IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.  YOU CALL ONE MINUTE AND YOU ARE SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE IN INDIA.  YOU CALL 5 MINUTES LATER AND YOU ARE SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE IN SOUTH CAROLINA.  IF I HAD A CHOICE, I WOULD NOT USE A SINGLE CHARTER SERVICE!
