It took me 3 weeks to have my service downgraded. I chose to downgrade because I was under a promotion and didn't know it or that it would expire until I received my bill. I had to add on an additional service in order to get a reasonable bill. I made 3 service appointments before the service was actually performed. One of those appointments was never recorded. Customer care was not very caring.
