I used to have Chater cable. BUT then I moved from the apartment i was in into a different one in the same building. I called and transfered the cable. The guy came out and tranfered it ... no problem. I got my bill I called to pay it,they had the account numb wrong. Confused I had them go over everything. Well theyhad transfered the cable, BUT had started double billing me, for the old place and the new one! When I told them I only ad cable where I live now, they said no, youhave it in both apartments, that I had never transfered it, just added anew one. Finally afte several calls we found the problem. somene had not put it in the account correctly. They told me no problem,it would be fixe in 24 to 48hrs. And they would have the old lace disconnected. They came and disconnected the cable. But the wrong apartment. When I called them back first they told me that they did not that i had cable.... their computer said i did. Well I was looking at the TV... NO cable. Then they said well we can come ad re-connect for the connection fee of.... I told them o, I was not paying a connection fee when it was not my mistake! Finally I told them that I wanted no cable from them.this was the beginning of November of 2007. So far I have talked to them 5 times. And 5 times they said.. OH... here it is! the data was not enered correctly! We can see where you called and you have a 0 balance! However I keep getting a bill,an they ave sent it to collections. SO I am still having to deal with their mess. I would NOT recoment Charter communications to anyone!!!
