It's average TV service, not as great as COX though!

Pros

great channels for the kids, ONLY HIGH SPEED OFFERED IN OUR AREA., Offers 30+ HD channels, bad service time slots, Cable Available w/high speed internet, It works!

Cons

Only Cable Available in Our Area, Automated Phones, where are the people?, expensive DVR service, Customer service does not LISTEN, Service promises aren't kept, horrible tv guide

The TV service is okay. I mean, it's cable TV.. what do you expect? If you have something being recorded when the EAS monthly thing goes on, it cancels your recording. Which can sometimes be up to 10 minutes! Then after the monthly EAS is over, it starts recording your movie or TV show again. .....That is very aggravating. One BIG con I have is that the guide is so aggravating!! It's not very user-friendly and there are ad's at the end of each page that you have to go through to get to the next page of channels. If you ever need help and call the customer service representatives, good luck! They have no idea what they are talking about. The service time slots that they give you are from 8a-7p,if a service man is needed! That's ridiculous...Do they think people don't work?!?

I would much rather have COX, because Their customer service representatives actually know what they are talking about. The cable TV service is phenomenal and the TV guide is very innovative and helpful. You can even play games on the TV!!
