When I first signed up with Charter, of course it was during one of their promotions, everything was fine.
After about 3 months I started getting letters from their sales/marketing department telling me that my rates were going to change (cost UP).
When I called my local store to see what was happening, they said that my account was fine and that my rate was NOT changing. They stated "I don't know why the sales/marketing department said that but we've got it right now".
It was quite bothersome to me that one hand didn't know what the other hand was doing.
