    There are no pros

Cons
    Closed almost all US Call Centers, Cable is out a lot, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!, Only Cable Available in Our Area, Automated Phones, where are the people?, Customer service does not LISTEN, Service promises aren't kept, Can't trust them

They have removed 3 channels within the last 6 months to "improve" service and RAISED out price! You can never get anyone at customer service, and when you do they are nasty. It takes 5 days to get someone out to fix something and you can only hope they know what they are doing! If it rains or the wind blows hard, the cable goes out. God forbid it snows or a little ice builds up on the lines!!!
