Director Tim Burton took a crack at remaking the1971 Gene Wilder movie "Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" and created 2005's "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" in which five children from around the world are given the chance to enter the Chocolate Factory by finding a Golden tickets hidden in chocolate bars.

With his "Finding Neverland" co-star Freddie Highmore as Charlie, Johny Deppp plays the eccentric Willie Wonka, owner and creator of the world's greatest candy company who lives in an amazing factory with excitement behind every door and staffed by an army of intriguing and mysterious workers, the Oompa-Loompas, (played by Deep Roy) who sing messages to the visitors and the viewers. This new version is actually closer to author Roald Dahl's book upon which both movies were based and shares the same name as the 1964 book. The music created by Danny Elfman(voice of Oompa-Loompas singing) help to bring this timeless book to a new audience in a humourous yet serious way. I highly recommend it to your whole family.
