Charley's Steakhouse - Orlando, FL —
Charley's is certainly the best steakhouse in the country. The mid-west beef steaks are aged for weeks and then cooked over citrus wood-burning grills at a very high heat. I certainly recommend the fabulous fillet. You can cut it with a fork and the flavor is amazing! No steak sauce needed here! It is nice to go to a quality steak restaurant and have a salad and side included. Most quality steakhouses serve everything a la carte. Make sure you visit the Charley's on Orange Blossom Trail. There are other Charley's steakhouses in Orlando, but I hear the quality is not as good.
