I wish they would put one of these in Hot Springs

A friend took me here to eat earlier this week, and I have to say I was quite impressed. We went for lunch, and I chose the lunch portion of the Chicken Caesar Salad. The salad arrived in a bowl so large that I knew I wouldn't eat it all. But I gave it the old college try, because the romaine was fresh and crisp, the chicken was tender and flavorful. They didn't scrimp on the cheese or the croutons either. My tea glass never got more than half empty.

Charleston's is a wonderful place to dine for lunch or dinner. They have a varied menu including fresh fish, tasty soups, a wonderful selection of salads, large sandwiches, awesome steaks, well seasoned veggies, satisfying pasta dishes and a few light choices for those weight conscious patrons. Their croissants and their key lime pie are the absolute best I have ever tasted. The service is excellent.
