We've used Charles Schwab for at least 15 years and have been very satisfied. Yes, their trade commissions are a little higher, but their customer service is excellent. We tried TD Waterhouse, E-Trade, and several other brokers, but went back to Schwab every time. Web site has more information than we could every need, plus it is easy to use.
