The Weber One-Touch® Silver is such an awesome charcoal grill that when I lost mine during a move after having enjoyed it for several years, I knew right away that I would buy another as soon as possible (and did).
My single favorite thing about this grill is how its perfect shape directs heat to the cooking surface, producing incredibly consistent cooking results, regardless what you're cooking. I've cooked just about everything on it: all cuts of steak, hamburgers, chicken, vegetables, all amazing.
