Char-Griller Smokin' Pro CG010 Review

Last summer my husband said he was tired of cooking on his gas grill.  He didn't like the flavor, or lack of, from the gas grill.  I purchased the Char-Griller Smokin' Pro as a Christmas present for him.  In the early spring he put it together, and quite quickly.  The assembly was very easy.  I love the cooking area of the grill...it's huge!  Nothing like our expensive, big name gas grill.  The grill is able to hold enough food for a large party and everyone gets to eat at once, not in sessions.  I have had on the grill at one time, chicken, steaks, scallops and clams for 10 people.  It all fit and cooked great.  The only negative about this grill is the available side smoker (sold separately).  It adds weight to the frame of the grill making it not as stable as without the smoker.  I feel the smoker is too heavy for the frame.  I did not purchase this smoker based upon viewing it at the store. The price of the grill is very reasonable and makes it an even better deal!
