This smoker is very dissapointing hard to start and keep burning very amaturish and not very sturdy very hard to adjust the heat burned up my cedar chips very fast "easy dump" only if you are a midget not very easy to cook on as a whole I could not reccomend this unit to my friends and I would not buy again I did see a larger and more sturdy unit at the  same store and they are arrengeing a a demonstration for me  and I am going to take them up on it… read full review »
