I love this patio grill. It's so easy to pull out unlike our large grill and it is perfect for my husband and I for making dinner. I love to grill marinated chicken breasts on it. I don't drag the big grill out unless we're having a bbq party. For everything else this little grill is all we need. The only downfall is that you can't exchange the tank, you have to have it filled because it uses one of the short tanks. Versatility So easy to pull out quickly Ease of Cleaning Nice porcelain grate that's easy to clean Design wish it had a full size tank so it could be exchanged

I've owned several brands of outdoor electric grills. I bought the Char Broil electric grill with the cart, which WAS awesome! I loved every single thing about it UNTIL it quit working. We also own a charcoal smoker and large gas grill. Unfortunately they don't make it anymore AND can't buy replacement parts. It just did not hold up so I'm switching to another brand.

When my friend told me she had an electric grill and wanted to grill for me I thought yeah right. There is no way this is going to taste good. I had always heard how aweful the flavor off of electric grills was. Well let me tell you...I was so suprised!!! It was great. I think the key is this. The grill have charcoal brickets in the bottom, which most electric grills dont. They heat up by the heating element and then when the juices drip you get the same flavor back up on the meat as when you use a charcoal grill. Well, You know I just had to get one of my own! I never grilled before this grill b/c I am scared of gas grills and am aweful with charcoal. I can do this! I have had my grill now for over 10 years and I love the thing. Still works great! Even my boyfriend wants one now!! One tip though. The grate is coated with non-stick and you are supposed to wash it not use a grill brush. Yeah. just use the grill brush. in the end that is where you end up anyway. and it works out just fine.

I purchased a char-broil patio caddie grill a few months ago. I love it. I use my caddie grill every weekend. I have very picky kids and all they want me to grill is hot dogs & chicken on it. Last week I cooked kabobs on it. It grilled the meat, vegtables so well. The taste of my food is wonderful, juicy meat & not dry.  Also very easy to change the tank. Easy turn knobs on the tank assembly. The knobs on the grill are very simple as well. Very easy to ignite & heats up very fast. The patio caddie is on wheels too. You can easily wheel it everywhere. Very easy to clean as well. I only have 1 complaint on the unit, sometimes if it is not assembled correctly, when you turn the gas on & when it is ignited sometimes itg doesn't light the first time. This makes a wonderful grill for someone with a small family or someone that doesn't have the room for too big of a grill.

I own two of the Char-Broil Patio Caddie grills - one for each home! Having a summer home in the mountains means lots of grilling out. Having a winter home in the south ALSO means a lot of grilling out. The Char-Broil Patio Caddie grill is big enough to handle 12 shish-ka-bobs, or 6 steaks, or 6 to 8 large chicken breasts. I've even roasted corn on the cob in the husks, and it does an excellent job of cooking everything. It cooks evenly. Cleanup is minimal. The grill itself is light weight enough to make it easy to maneuver yet is strong enough to withstand being on an uncovered porch, exposed to the elements outside.  I also purchased an inexpensive grill cover and keep my grill covered when it's not in use as I wanted to keep that gorgeous stainless steel finish as shiny as possible. The grill heats up quickly and the temperature gauge on the front of the grill is easy to read. Most of all, it's accurate! The heating element is strong and sturdy- you don't have to worry about a "flimsy" element with the Char-Broil Patio Caddie grill.  Perfect grill to use if "cooking out" for 6 or fewer people.

The Chair-Broil Patio Electric Grill is super easy to use.  You have much more control over the heat than you do with gas or charcoal, but you get all the flavor of grilling!  It is quick to use.  You can pre-heat it in 5-10 minutes, long before you are ready to cook on charcoal.  So if you make a last minute decision to grill, you don't have to wait for the charcoal to start and then die down to cook on.  My other pet peeve...I don't have to worry about running out of propane, either.  I use it almost every day in hot weather, because it is so easy, and the food tastes so good!

New fire ordinance prohibits gas grills and I was disappointed with my previous electric outdoor grill as I had to clean it indoors so I purchased this Char-Broil grill. It cooks to perfection.  I only have to clean the grates like a regular grill, which is perfect.  The cord could be a bit longer but sufficient.  Heats up quickly and adequate cooking space.  Perfect for condo living.

The CharBroil patio caddie elrctric grill fits perfectly on the balcony of my town house.  I just plug it in whn I'm ready to grill and the little caddie gets very hot very fast.  Neat and easy to use.   Small grilling surface just right for two people,  Put a smoker box in myself and fill with mesquite chips about every second use.  It brings the neighbors out to see what's cooking when it starts smoking.

  My sister gave me the Char Broil Broil Caddie when I moved and didn't have a stove.  That was two months ago and I still haven't bothered to buy a stove. It's nice to go out on the deck, plug the grill in and cook whatever I want. No mess ... no clean up!  Usually it takes me a few tries before getting the hang of a grill whether gas or charcoal. With the Char Broil electric grill there was no problem with learning the ropes of cooking on it.  The temperature gauge on the outside top of the grill really helps, too!  The grill has wheels on the back side of the bottom which makes it very easy to move around the patio deck.  Clean up is simple by cleaning out the grease catcher cup underneath whenever it needs to be done and the grate whenever it needs cleaning.  Whenever I have company over for cookouts they are all impressed by the Broil Caddie even though they all have big fancy gas grills. I wouldn't trade mine ... not even for a new stove!

What a great little grill!  The Char-Broil Patio Caddie is wonderful for the smaller outdoor grilling get together!  Vwery eaasy to manuever from place to place with it's built-in wheels and sturdy handle!  Very simple to operate and unbelievably easy to clean!  I had owned several standard gas grills which were simply too large for my day to day grilling and probably wasted a ton of propane cooking a surface too large for my typical grilling.  It will hold four to five large steaks and typically up to two packages of the store bought bratwurst or sausages.  It uses very little storage space, as the propane tank fits conveniently in the tank holder directly under the grill itself and sits nicely centered between the three legs.  It comes with some assembly required, but is very easy to put together.  The temperature control is large and easy to adjust away from any direct heat and the easily readable temperature gauge is conveniently place in the lid.  This is a wonderful replacement for the traditional aircraft carrier style grills!
