Chapstick Classic Original Reviews

I have eczema, which is very dry skin, and Original Chapstick is the only thing I can put on my lips that works and that does not burn.  

I've tried the other lip balms.  I've tried everything from the more expensive Burt's Bees brand, to the cheaper off brand kinds, but I have not found anything as effective as Chapstick Original.  I have even tried other Chapstick flavors, but I find that all of the others either burn (such as the Cherry and Strawberry) or are not effective (the shea butter or medicated), so I personally stick with the Original.  I'm not saying don't use the other kinds...

I have used this product for over 10 years.  I normally only use this product in the colder months but can use this product year round.

This product is a great product for those who suffer from chapped lips.

Smell: The smell is minimal and is not overpowering.

Texture: This product glids on lips well. I also use this product on dry spots on my skin outside of my lips as well.  It works well on dry skin.

Casing: This product is in a great tough plastic casing and fits well in jeans.

Durable: This product is durable in different temperatures.

Price: The price is wonderful.

I have sensitive skin and have to watch what I use, even on my lips.  I have used cheaper lip balm, but I either end up re-applying every five minutes, or my lips start to feel like they are on fire.  I don't know why I even mess with the cheaper brands except they have flavors like chocolate and peanut butter cookie.  The lip balm that I stick with and always come back to, is Chapstick Classic Originals.

Not only does this Chapstick work but it always amazes me. No wonder this chapstick has been around forever. The one thing I always like about it is that is moisturizes my lips but doesn't leave a greasy feeling.My faveroite use for this is when you have a cold and have a dry red nose from blowing your nose. When I had a modeling job in the dead of winter and just getting over a cold, I kept blowing my nose and it was getting so dry and sore.
