ChapStick classic original lip balm is an old favorite. It provides the proper amount of moisture so it doesn't leaves your lips feeling greasy. I like the original because it doesn't discolor your lips like the flavored lip balms. I do like that this has been around for a really long time so it is a brand i can truly trust.

I use this often because it is cheap and it works well. This is probably the product most people think of when they hear 'Chap Stick'. It makes your lips feel healthy and smooth and it smells pretty good. This is one of the cheapest chapsticks that you can buy that isn't poor quality of that will actually work.

My husband and I have known each other for 35 years, and he almost always has a tube of Original Chapstick in his pocket. He also has one on his headboard, and the last thing he does every night before turning out his light is apply Chapstick to his lips. He swears by this stuff, and although I've bought him all natural lip balms, he always comes back to Chapsticl Original. Personally, I don't care for it. The balm itself is made from 44% white petrolatum, which is from petroleum products. I prefer a more natural version from my lips. I also don't like the waxy feel of Chapstick Original on my lips. It is harder to apply and it makes my lips feel smothered. It has really not done much to alleviate my chapped lips, and the SPF of 4 in the product is not enough to help protect my lips from the harmful rays of the sun. (The balm I use has a SPF of 25). Overall, there is a love / hate relationship with this lip balm in our home. My husband loves it and I hate it. To each his own!

This lip balm is great! I think that it moisturizes lips very well and lasts over a long period of time, it has a reasonable price too. The smell isn't that bad, but it is a little waxy. I would recommend this product to anyone who gets really dry lips during the winter.

I have used this product for many, many years. I don't exactly say that I am addicted to it, but I have a tube in my purse or pocket at all times. The price is relatively cheap, I think it is about .98 plus tax. The one con I have about this product is sometimes the smell is sort of mildewy. Every tube doesn't do this, but some do and when it happens, I have to throw it away. I have thought about putting it in the refrigerator, hoping that would stop the smell. I just haven't done it yet. It is a great product during the winter months. Overall, I just like the feeling of my lips being moisturized. I would recommend this product over most that I have tried.

Being the Chapstick fanatic that I am I really believe that this is the best chapstick I have ever used. Over any chapstick or lip balm that I have bought no other one makes my lips feel as moist and relieved as the original Chapstick! I have been looking for a while for chapsticks to use that work and I came across this in the store and it reminded me of when I was a kid and this was the chapstick my mom always gave me to use. I purchased a pack of three to keep at work, at home, and in my car. It is also nice becuase my husband may have chapped lips and ask if I have chapstick and he will use this too, over any other glosses or balms I may have had in my purse! I think this is the best chapstick around and there has never been one that works as well or better! I will continue to purchase this becuase I feel like it's been around so long for a reason and that simple reason is that it works!

Chapstick is one of my staples.  Not only does it work amazingly well, it also comes at a very affordable price.  I prefer chapstick over anything else for my lips, including lip gloss and lipstick.  I find that putting on chapstick already gives my lips a healthier and brighter color, and thus I don't need to bother with any other lip products.  I love this product during the winter, when my lips start to crack and become very dry.  Just a little bit of chapstick over my lips leaves them feeling moisturized for quite a while.  It doesn't last all day, but it doesn't take much to get your lips moisturized for many hours.  I find that it also really helps me with cracked lips.  After using it for a couple days, my lips become magically smooth and healthy looking again.  I highly recommend this product to anyone with chapped lips!  You can find it at any drugstore for a very affordable price!

Chapstick is no longer a brandname in modern society, it is simply an item description.  But this only became so because of the remarkable quality of chapstick-brand lip balm. Original chapstick is more than just a petroleum-based lip balm- it's a soothing, non-sticky lip protection that really works.   I'm less of a fan of their cherry and other flavored chapsticks, because the smell is often overpowering and the tinted lip balm will leave stray marks if it accidentally gets smeared outside of the lip line.  Embarrassing!  No such problem with Chapstick Original, which has no tint to it and no smell- antiseptic, fruity, or otherwise.     I'm past addicted.  In my family, chapstick is a stocking stuffer and is on hand in every room of the house.  The little tubes are inexpensive and convenient.  And they are a lifesaver for chapped lips, especially during the winter or for children who perpetually lick their lips.

I have used this product for over 10 years.  I normally only use this product in the colder months but can use this product year round. This product is a great product for those who suffer from chapped lips. Smell: The smell is minimal and is not overpowering. Texture: This product glids on lips well. I also use this product on dry spots on my skin outside of my lips as well.  It works well on dry skin. Casing: This product is in a great tough plastic casing and fits well in jeans. Durable: This product is durable in different temperatures. Price: The price is wonderful.   This is an inexpensive, wonderful product for chapped lips.  It is long lasting and is very easy to travel with. This product is extremely durable and keeps on going. Its great for people that are very active. Great product, rainproof, snowproof.  Cabe be kept in colder or warmer places and the product still wears well afterwards.  Although i prefer replacing make up product every two to four months.  This product can be used everyday and probably would last over six months. I would recommend this product to those for everyday lip protection and dry skin sufferers.

Not only does this Chapstick work but it always amazes me. No wonder this chapstick has been around forever. The one thing I always like about it is that is moisturizes my lips but doesn't leave a greasy feeling.My faveroite use for this is when you have a cold and have a dry red nose from blowing your nose. When I had a modeling job in the dead of winter and just getting over a cold, I kept blowing my nose and it was getting so dry and sore. I was running out of ideas to help fix this, with 6 hours to go until I had to be modeling. I was putting my chapstick on and wondered if you could use a chapstick under your nose to help the dryness. That is sadly where the idea came from and I am very glad I thought of this. I work in a doctors office and when the girls come in and complain of that I always recommand this. It doesn't cost a fortune but it works all you do is dab this right under and it helps prevent chapping under your nose.
