Chadwicks of Boston Clothing Review

I will never order from Chadwick's or any of their affiliated catalogs again. ie: Roamans, Jessica London etc.

My first and only purchase from Chadwick's was a disaster. I am still waiting to hear from their credit card company, World Financial Network National Bank,  about my credit dispute. I told them the remaining balance was in dispute and not to charge me a late fee during this process. They agreed and noted the account. I still incurred  a late fee on the disputed amount. I have since canceled the card. It is now May, 08 the dispute letter was mailed in March 08.

I only excepted the card for the additional $10 discount off of my order. Which they stated I should not have received since I already used a discount code, but yet it went through on their site. Confusing...

There are other concerns about this company. Too few to mention. Please contact me if you are interested in hearing more.
