I will never order clothes from this place again. I order a few items from this company. I returned a few of the items in order to exchange for the right size or get another item. What I got in return is one item back, some of my money back on my credit card, and a bad check in the mail. I could even get all my money back! What kind of company send a no good check !!!! I tried calling them three times to discuss my complaint, they gave me the run around and the last time claim that customer service was closed. I hate ordering from online and this company confirmed it for me.

I've always loved their products, and their website is a breeze to surf and purchase items on. They have a lot of great sales. They'll keep you abreast of what's on sale and bargains if you sign up, through their site. I like the way the site sorts the different categories, and it's very easy to find what you're looking for when you use their search engine. Ease of Use I buy my winter boots from them every year. Thankfully, the seem to keep the style I like in stock year after year. They have always had the color and size I've wanted. Working in an office, I was always looking for clothes that were of good quality and were reasonably priced and looked nice on. When I started receiving their catalog in the mail, I discovered that this was a place that I could get really cute and unique outfits at a price I could afford. I started with things that I hoped would fit nice and not have to be returned. Sweaters, tops, jewlery. As I felt more comfortable I began expanding my purchases to skirts, jackets and dresses. As the internet broke into the retail market, I watched as Chadwicks started slowly transitioning over to the web. Now, you can still request a paper catalog but their online shopping and mobile app are great ways to shop and place orders. I love that Chadwicks has gift cards. So do my kids! They usually get me Chadwicks gift cards for Mother's Day. My husband even surprises me sometimes with a Chadwicks gift card sent to my email! They offer them in three values: $25, $50 and $75. Chadwicks also has an email mailing list that you can sign up for. It is a great way to be notified of sales and new items. They even offer a discount promo when you first join! I recommend Chadwicks to any woman, of any age, who enjoys fashionable clothes at great prices! You won't be disappointed, promise! Usually it is because it is a style that just didn't fit or look like what was comfortable and acceptable for me. Chadwicks has never refused a return from me. They are prompt in either crediting my account or sending me an exchange.

Chadwicks.com is a store I rarely shop at. The clothing they sell isn't trendy or creative enough for me. I bought a sweater from them that is multi-colored with a horizontal design. The colors consist of black, blue and white. I like to wear it with my jeans. The material is nice and comfortable. The design is simple. I purchased a couple pairs of shoes from them too. Unfortunately, the quality of the shoes I bought wasn't very good. I only wore the shoes a few times, before they started to fall apart. I did buy a black jacket from them. I really liked it. It is made of 80% cotton and 20% spandex. It fits me nicely, and it is comfortable to wear. I wear it often. The original price was a bit high, but I purchased it on sale. I bought a hat from them that is stylish and cute. It was a summer hat. It keeps me cool on hot days. I buy from them, maybe once a year. I think the shipping is a little high. Therefore, I usually buy when there is a free shipping offer. I wish this site had more bargains. It is "not" one of my favorites. I guess what I am trying to say is "This online site isn't my style". If you like to buy "simple or casual" clothing, then you should visit chadwicks.com.

I have only shopped on Chadwicks.com one time. All it took was one fabulous experience for me to brag about this website if you are looking for women's clothing. I was having a fashion emergency for a wedding. I needed a purple dress to match my husband's purple tie as one of the groomsmen. My search seemed endless in stores and online for the perfect dress. I just needed some fun and the color purple. I wasn't aware of Chadwicks before my search, but I was desperate. I searched specifically for my size and purple in the dress section. I was astonished at how easy it was to search and how quickly I had narrowed the search results to purple dresses. Believe me I was literally jumping for joy when I saw the purple dress. I had it in my shopping cart and paid for in less than five minutes. That's the kind of service I want from an online retailer. The dress arrived in less than a week just in time for the wedding! I always check Chadwicks.com now when I am dress shopping!

I have been shopping at Chadwicks for about 20 years and was pretty satisfied with the clothes and the service. However, last summer that all changed. I returned a dress and never received the $24. credit I should have gotten. I called and emailed Chadwicks several times to inquire and was told they were overhauling their accounting system and I would have to wait for my refund. When I asked how long I would have to wait...they weren't sure. They expected the new system to be fully operational by September. Seriously???? So, you are not able to do any accounting? Your business is going to be at a standstill until the system is in place???? I was told....don't worry mamm you will get your refund. That was in August and here we are almost March and no refund was ever credited to my account. In fact when I tried to access my account, it no longer exists!! I tried contacting them again about a month ago and can't even get a hold of a real person. I also emailed with no response. Talk about lack of customer service! I am extremely disappointed and as much as I liked shopping with Chadwicks they have lost my business.

Chadwick's is no more. Prior to finally completely closing down a few weeks ago, customers were not getting money back for returned items, and were given the run around if they called. Employess were not getting paychecks, and if they did, the checks bounced. Vendors were owed money and weren't getting paid. This had been going on for a good year. And yet -- I just got an email advertsing their great prices and customer service! Stay away from these people. They lie......

I love the fact that Chadwicks has really nice clothing for good prices.  And the best thing about chadwicks.com, they have the best coupon codes!  I just wish you could use more than one at a time, like get % off the order, but also free shipping- that would be the best!  I also wish they wouldn't send so many catalogs that are basically the same, only differ with a cover.

Had an item cancelled because it was unavailable, I checked the site and it's still on sale! Called Customer service today, the 1st girl said, "I'll transfer you to customer service." I thought i WAS online with them, hung up, called back again and the 2nd rep was unable to explain why the cancelled item is listed as available and on back-order on the site, apart from a feeble excuse of, 'we're in the midst of upgrading our system.' This was the 4th time I had issues with this order. So i cancelled the entire shipment. Save yourself the trouble of having to deal with customer service and shop elsewhere. I know i will never shop with them again.
