good for even my dry, itchy psoriatic skin

I am a nurse with psoriasis. My skin and hands are dry, flaking, and cracking year round. I use Cetaphil cream right after my bath every day before drying off on my entire body and on my hands several times a day. It never fails to keep my skin smoother and more comfortable.
