Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser —

I have had problem skin all my life. Even at 47, I still have acne flare ups on my chin. To keep it under control, without using perscription drugs or going to the dermatologist and getting shots, I wash twice a day with Cetaphil. It is a product which helps control acne, makes your skin feel clean and is very affordable. I will never go back to my high priced department store facial cleaners.

The way I use Cetaphil is every morning I first use a toner with a cotton ball to clean the oils off my face. Then I wash with about  a dime size of Cetaphil. I like the gel consistency as it feels cool against my skin. I rinse off after gentle massaging it all over my face and neck.

At night, I have a slightly different routine. I go through my morning routine above, but then I also use a gentle scrub on my face to exfoliate the dead skin. I do this twice a week and follow up with a face mask. Once your a done, your face feels super soft and clean and the process helps to encourage cell turnover keeping you looking younger.
