* Crystal clear straw-yellow with short, thin, big bubble head.
* Skunky bouquet overwhelms light, delicately sweet malt aroma.
Consumer Note: the skunkiness of this beer is likely a direct result of its being packaged in a clear bottle.
* Sweet corny-malty flavor is thin. Hop bittering is very restrained.
* Finish is fairly dry and rather abrupt.
* Body is thin, carbonation level is gassy.
Synhopsis:
I have confessed publicly that I am not a fan of light beers, but I also believe that every beer has its place. I will always concede the fact that beers like this have a following and give them the benefit of categorizing them as thirst-quenchers.
As for me, if I'm thirsty, I'll save my money and my liver and drink water.
