 It dramatically reduces underarm wetness and thus helps cut down on odor. Although your supposed to use it at night, I put it on in the morning and get the same effect. However don't use it right after shaving without a cream because it can sting a tad. I also use a roll on stick deodorant over top of it because it is unscented..I just like that fresh deodorant scent. However if you have serious sweating problem definitely give this a try!
