Cerama Bryte is just an okay cooktop cleaner. I am still on the lookout for a great cooktop cleaner. Cerama Bryte is pretty good at removing the majority of cooked on foods. However, I have found several things that it will not remove. For instance, when potatoes or peas boil over, I have not been able to remove the food residue by using this product. It continues to burn onto the stove everytime I cook and I now even have stains that will not come off of my stove. I am hoping to find a cooktop cleaner that will remove all kinds of foods and not leave anything behind!

When we bought our new stove several years ago, it had a ceramic cooktop. This was my main requirement on purchasing a new stove because I thought they would be much easier to maintain and keep clean. And I was right, with the help of Cerama Bryte. My husband gave in and I was a happy camper. My stove was delivered and my husband installed it. The salesman gave me a small sample of Cerama Bryte when we purchased the stove. He told me this was all I would ever need to keep the stove top clean. I just shrugged my shoulders and thanked him for the sample. I didn't put much value to the advice or the sample until I actually used it. And he was SO RIGHT!! Cerama Bryte My sample came in a 2.5 fl. oz. bottle with a blue and red label with the words Cerama Bryte in yellow block letters. The label states that Cerama Bryte is the #1 formula in the world (but it doesn't say what for)! A bit of odd advertising at best! The bottle states that it is for cleaning glass and ceramic stove tops. A few tips to know before using this product: 1. Let the stovetop cool before using. 2. For burned on food on ceramic and glass top stoves, you should remove food with a single edge razor blade Cerama Bryte Scraper. 3. For best results shake the bottle before using. 4. Clean surface with a soft cloth or paper towel. Do not use Brillo pads, steel wool pads or anything that will scratch the surface. My Results I have been using this product for several years now. I've been totally satisfied with the performance and it is the only product I use for cleaning my stove top. Whenever the surface looks dull but not really dirty, Cerma Bryte will remove the dull and replace it with a nice shine. If you use it on a regular basis, your stove will look brand new. It's really what I call a miracle in a bottle. A Few Words of Caution Since this is a cleaning product, please store it out of reach of children and pets. This product contains citric acid, which can be an eye irritant, so if product gets in eyes flush with lots of water for at least 15 minutes (per package label) and seek medical attention if necessary. I highly recommend Cerama Bryte to anyone with a glass or ceramic cook top. The product does what it is supposed to and works. And last, but not least, it is made in the USA! Recommended: yes!

I got a new black stovetop for Christmas this past year and I have loved everything about it--except cleaning it! Since it is black, every speck of food, dust, salt, or whatever happens to get on it is glaringly obvious. At first, I was scared to death to clean it. I didn't want to scratch it or mess it up, I wanted to keep it looking brand spanking new. Thanks to **Cerama Bryte Glass-Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner**, that's not a problem. This cleaner is so easy to use, and it works so well! I shake the bottle, squirt some Cerama Bryte on my stovetop when it has cooled down, and wipe it clean with with a paper towel. If I have a stubborn spill that has cooked itself onto my stovetop, I use one of my trusty [3M Scotch-Brite Non-Scratch Scrub Sponges][1] along with the **Cerama Bryte **and between the two of them, my stovetop sparkles and shines without a single scratch anywhere! Cerama Bryte is also great for cleaning stainless steel sinks, pots and pans, glass cookware and many other things. (It is not to be used on stainless steel appliances, though!). I never thought I would review a cleaning product but it is worth reviewing a useful product such as Cerama-Bryte. It works!! I was looking for a way to effectively clean the top of my stove, after cooking like I do with grease and water splattering every which way. A sales associate at the local home improvement store suggested Cerama-bryte. It is a little higher priced but well worth it. It is a non-toxic, biodegradeable, and gentle cleaning product. Spread it on the stove top, wait a few minutes, and wipe clean with paper towels. It is that easy! For heavier greasy spots...I may add a little Greased Lightning as well. Cerama-Bryte does not scratch or affect the color on the stove top which is a big plus. I also like the fact this is made in the USA and not tested on animals. Cerama-Bryte does not have a nasty smell either.

I bought Cerama Bryte after purchasing my ceramic top stove. I used the bottle and saw great results but really wasn't sure if ceramic burners just always cleaned up so well or it really was the Cerama Bryte. So.... I purchased a cheaper glass stovetop cleaner and did not get the same result as with Cerama Bryte at all. It left a milky film that was difficult to clean off that Cerama Bryte does not. I ended up throwing away the other cleaner and just buying another bottle of Cerama Bryte. Cerama Bryte is better than other similar products because it seems to rinse much better than others. It is worth paying a little bit more for a product that does a better job. Using a tetured sponge I swirl the Cerama Bryte on, let it sit for about 5-10 minutes then I use that same sponge to wipe it off- it is literally that easy to clean my stove top now. It seems to just break up any food deposits and  splatters without me having to do much scrubbing at all. Great product.

My kitchen ranges and ovens have always been gas, but my daughter owns an electric range with a smooth glass top.  After cooking on it for a week, and simply wiping it down with a dish cloth, I found it was very streaked and dirty looking. She told me they clean the glass top with Cerama Bryte, which is a white colored liquid cleaner.  Before using you are instructed to shake the bottle, then I find less is better when applying it to the stove top.  I take a special yellow scrubber pad and gently rub the cleaner into surface, which leaves a white paste all over it.  Next I remove the cleaner with a wet or damp paper towel.  Finally I dry then buff the surface with yet another dry paper towel.  I find some elbow grease is needed to remove all of the white residue, but once it is completely removed the surface shines and looks new again.  The transformation is amazing! Cerama Bryte is recommended by numerous brand name companies, and their Samsung range came with a sample bottle.  If you have a ceramic or glass top range, I highly recommend this cleaner.
