This company's customer service is ridiculous! I have basically been without a usable phone for a month-and-a-half due to static on the line that makes it impossible to use my phone. I sent an e-mail and got no results. I have had to beg, cry, scream and threaten to even get a repairperson here, and that is going to be between 8 AM- 5 PM today. At this rate, I'd rather use tin cans connected by a string than these yayhoos. If it doesn't get repaired today, we're switching to digital phone. Also they said nothing about reimbursing us for the services we couldn't use. They are truly morons.
