this bag is a great solution to those of you just starting out if you have no place to hang a heavy bag it is a cheap bag and works good if you are limited to hanging space esspecially in the winter time if your bag is outside...the only problem i had wa an occasional drip of water on the ground i suggest using sand it is heavier and doesnt leek
