NOT ONLY GOOD WORKOUT IT'S A GOOD STRESS RELIEVER

walking and running, strength training, very skin conscious, willing to pay for quality, always trying new beauty products, into trying new things, a lover of trendy things

I AM A PERSONAL TRAINER, THEREFORE, I HAVE A WIDE VARIETY OF EXERCISE EQUIPMENT.  THIS HAS TO ONE OF MY FAVORITES.  IT'S A GREAT WORKOUT, PLUS IT DEFINITELY HELPS RELIEVE STRESS -- JUST KEEP ON PUNCHING IT.
