I work very long days and don't always do the healthy choices. Not too long ago I went to the doctor - just feeling blah and tired all the time. I know with my schedule I don't always eat right. I tried these vitamins and i recommend them they are very good. If you want to feel great and have lots of energy take the Centrum Sliver multivitamin they are wonderful.They have all your essential needs. They are really great when you are busy and on the go and don't have a chance to eat a good meal before you start the day. They are great for your heart as well as your health.I take this multivitamin on a regular basis.I have more energy and feel so much better everyday. they replace whatever your body uses.
There are so many generics and i really do use my share of them but when my doctor told me to be sure and get the name brand drug for a medical condition it worked so much better that i never tried another multi vitamin. At 45 i don' feel like i'm ready to retire but like so many people these days every bit counts and this product kicked butt.
