Taking vitamins is something I need to do but it was always a chore to swallow the pills.I would find myself skipping days at a time because I hated it so. Last time I shopped I stumbled across these and decided to try.Not only do they work but they taste good too.After using for 3 weeks I look and feel better and havent skipped a day. I have reccomended these to family members and friends and everyone is more than pleased.Its a pleasure to look foward to my daily dose! If you are a finicky person or have trouble swallowing pills, swich to these. Women over 50 need different vitamins and here you get all you need and more. I'm hooked.
