Ever since I began taking Centrum Performance multi vitamin I have noticed a change in my cardiovascular endurance as well as my ability to make it through the day with lots of energy. I have experienced a general improvement on how I feel throughout the day and noticed I think more clearly. Its not an earth shattering experience but I've noticed the change when taking this product that I haven't noticed with other multi vitamins.

I wont go as far to say that i am a vitamin addict, but I do like to test a lot of them out, to see what will benefit my body the best, since all of us are different. I used to be very active in the gym, and in my life outside of the home, so I wanted to find something that would help me with my performance. I actually picked up this vitamin at the grocery store one day because it was on sale, and decided to give it a try. I took it for about a month, every single day, and really didn't notice that much difference in my body. I was expecting it to help with my performance or endurance and I found that the only thing it did was make my urine very bright. I was told that's a sign of your body flushing out all of the unused vitamins you are taking. I decided after a month of daily doses that would move on to find a better vitamin for the active lifestyle. Don't waste your time or your money on this Centrum performance.

I take these everyday, they are such a good brand, I feel good and energized without any type of side effects or anything like that. I take it in the morning before I go to work and I feel awake and alert all day without jitters. I think they are a little bit two expensive though. For a guy like me who usually does not eat to healthy this is a good source of getting the vitamins your body needs. I gave it a nine out of ten only because of the price, what I like about them is if I forget to take them for a day or two I wont feel weird like I am dependent on them. I guess these vitamins are the reason I never get sick, and centrum has been around for a very long time and I think that is a very positive thing to make the vitamin trustworthy. I recommend these to anyone looking for a new vitamin, especially if you lead an active lifestyle. And if your someone who likes to workout these are great for that type of activity. I love them but like I said a bit expensive.

I seem to feel sick everytime I take one of these, and I get the feeling that I'm just peeing all of it out as my piss would be very yellow and strong everytime after taking one of these pills. The vitamins you get in this are cheap and not bioready, that's why it doesn't cost much and you probably don't benefit much from taking these. It puts a lot of stress on your body to convert them into bioready forms that you body can obsorb and most of it ends up being wasted. Maybe it benefits those in poorer countries where people aren't able to get enough nutrition from food sources, but I don't believe we benefit much from taking these multivitamins. So, even though these are cheap and easy to take with a bunch of vitamins in one, I don't find them effective for me at all and if you do a google search you'll see there are plenty of people who complain about feeling sad after taking one of these, not just me.

I started taking these because I felt myself getting really sleepy in the middle of the afternoon, to the point where I was taking a nap nearly every day. After a few days of taking Centrum performance, I not only stopped napping, but had more energy so that I could start my exercise program!

I love this stuff!  I don't care if it is the placebo effect or not, but I have been taking one religiously for several years (along with regular exercise and a pretty good diet) and I have not had the flu once, and I have avoided the majority of the illnesses that spread around my office in the wintertime.  For the few cents a day that I invest, I feel that I am getting any nutrients or minerals my body might be lacking, and I feel better as a result.  I must be getting them, because I am not sick, as often or as long, as I used to be before I started taking them.  My boyfriend was always catching a cold, and now he takes one a day and he hasn't had a cold the entire winter!  Highly recommended as a boost or a supplement, but you still have to eat right and exercise, and be healthy in general.

In this day and age, especially with all the nasty junk we have in our food, it is essential to have the right combination of vitaimins and nutrients daily. Centrum Performance multivitamin and multimineral makes it easy in one tablet. You don't taste anything since the tablet is just swallowed. It's an extremely easy way to intake the right things. If you happen to be a junk food eater than this is gonna be very helpful to you. Junk food eaters typically eat bad food (obviously) and is very sensitive to taste. They will not eat greens fore example because they dislike the taste. WIth pills that issue is eliminated. If you want to take care of your body and do it quickly without much of a hassle, then I recommend picking up a multivitamin and multimineral supplement like centrum.

I've been using Centrum vitamins for years, and I can tell you they're worth it.Not only are they pretty inexpensive, but they're also good quality. I've tried buying other brands, even the off-brand stuff, but the reality is that Centrum quality is worth those couple of extra bucks. Here's a few of things that show Centrum's quality: 1. Easy to swallow. My wife has a hard time taking pills, and this is a big one for her. When we tried the other pills, they felt chalky and dry. Centrum are much smoother and easier to swallow. 2. No after-taste. Vitamins can leave a gross taste in your mouth sometimes, especially if they're low quality. Centrum vitamins don't, it's like you hadn't taken anything. In the end, those 2 are enough for me to choose Centrum, b/c when it comes down to it, all vitamins are good. They're just not all this good a quality.

Centrum Multivitamin multimneral supplement is one that I highly recommend. while taking this multi vitamin mineral supplement I felt my energy return. Centrum was easy to swallow and I appreciate that because I often have trouble with large pills. This s a good supplement for people over age 50 who desire to stay active. I also noticed my hair was not thinnng and breaking while taking Centrum. This tells me that the ingredients are in fact what is stated on the label. For some reason my system will not allow products to continue to be effective if I take them on a long term basis. So Centrum is at the back of the line, for now. Perhaps when i get around to using it again they will make bottles with 100 suplements. That way i can use it a little longer at one time.

I prefer to eat meat, and because of lazy or some other reason, I barely take fruits and vegetables. So I always worried about my healthy condition. So I taking Centrum Multivitamin and Multimineral Suppliments everyday, it makes me feel healthy. As a student with lots of classes to attend and homeworks to do, I don't feel so tired after the whole day study, and everynight I can have a very good and deep sleeping. I don't know if all of this are because of I am taking this products, but taking this must be part of the health reason. Also I recommend this products to one of my friend, who is eay to catch a cold. She changed a lot When she begin to take this product. She is not that easy to have cold.
