Chewable vitamins are great. They allow you to break down the vitamin in your mouth first so that the particles quickly dissolve into your system once it is swallowed. Centrum Chewables - not just for kids

not a fan of taking medications, impressed with this product, a busy person

After surgery my husband was informed he would have to take chewable vitamins daily for the remainder of his life. Not only did I not know that adult chewables were available, but I didn't know where to find them. They are in the vitamin aisle, with every other type...(occasionally I do have to ask them to be ordered). Personally, I am not great on taking meds, so I find it easy to "grab one and go"...with the same nutrients found in other vitamins.
