I just love Centrum Chewables! They are a very, very good vitamin. They have all the essentials and some added bonuses. They taste great and are no problem to chew and swallow with or with out other food and drink. They do not upset your stomach at all and leave no after taste. They are great for those who cannot swallow whole pills. They are also good for pregnant or nursing women. I had a lot of trouble with the prenatal vitamins prescribed, so the doc put me back on these and said they were just as good.
