Cemasi Turtleneck Tunic Sweater Review

I purchased the sweater through Amazon from an independant retailer.  Nowhere on the product page did the description include the seller's return policy or indicate that the sweater size was for juniors.  I found the sweater through a rather laborious search for women's clothing.

I emailed the seller asking for instructions on how to exchange the sweater for a larger size and the response was that it could not be exchanged and if I chose to return it I would incur a restocking fee.  I had already paid $15 for the sweater and $8.95 in shipping.  The shipping had been more than half the cost of the sweater and now I would have to pay to ship it back and lose some of my money spent purchasing it and then order it again in a larger size that may or may not fit either.

When I left feedback on Amazon's site I received an email from the seller about their sizing chart and policies listed on their site.  Well, I didn't buy through their site and I only use a size chart when I need to figure out what dimensions are being used to determine what a small, medium or large size is. 

The issue with the size of the sweater I purchased is that it is sized for teens and young or exceptionally thin women.  (I am a size 8 and can even wear some petite clothing).  I had purchase a tunic sweater to wear over leggings and the fit was too smug.

I have always been reluctant to buy clothing through the mail and this shopping experience has made me even more so.  In the future I will be less likely to buy from a seller that is not a major, well-established retailer.
