An avid, long term reader of King's works I feel very obligated to try and tempt into you into reading this novel.

Stephen King has a way (Salem's Lot)  of taking the classic tales of vampires, zombies, and the like and putting a fascinating twist on it.  Modernize it if it do ya well.  This tale focuses on a group of people who VIA a satellite signal become zombies, walking-dead.

The story telling is vivid, the details are riveting.  This is new King, but in the same time it's vintage King.  Fans of horror or Stephen King will definitely like it I'd put a guarantee on it.  The twist is enough you won't be bored with the classic (Night of the Living Dead) theme.  Yet it is also cherishable enough to follow and remember with heartfelt nostalgia.  definitely as long as a King novel which means it will take you time, but then the story ends way before you expect.  Great ending...!
