My pantry is stocked full of all varieties of Celestial Seasonings teas, but this one is a family favorite. We have tea-time every night together, and Lemon Zinger Tea is in our tea pot several times a week. It is full bodied but not overpowering. There is a distinct lemon flavor, but it is not sour at all. I would describe it as being light and refreshing. It especially wonderful with a little bit of honey to compliment the lemon. My very favorite thing to do with Zesty Lemon is make a big pitcher of ice tea and sit by the pool. I brew the tea and add lots of ice. Then, I put in slices of lemon, frozen raspberries, frozen blueberries, and slices of orange. All our friends love it, and a pitch is gone in minutes. It is so delicious! It's cool and refreshing and quenches your thirst.
All of the varieties of Celestial Seasonings are delicious, but Zesty Lemon is our favorite. If you haven't tried it, give it a try! Brew up a pot, a cup, or a pitcher and enjoy!

Pretty Good Tea
I love tea, I also love tea with added lemon flavor. I like to enjoy my tea cold and hot, I prefer it either way. This tea has a pleasant smell, mild lemon flavor and a zing of berry flavor.
This tea is great during the cold winter months, and works well with soothing a sore throat if you become ill. This tea bag does not contain a string attached to it, you will have to use a spoon in order to take the tea bag out of your cup.
My soothing Bedtime tea...
Lemon Zinger: great citrus flavor, made with Natural Lemon. Not too bitter, not too sweet, just a great lemon flavor.
I'm trying to incorporate more tea into my diet. I'm trying to get a little more antioxidants, and drink a little less coffee/caffeine.
Lemon Zinger is caffeine free, so a perfect choice for a bedtime drink.
I love the flavor! It's more lemony than most lemon teas, you can really taste the lemon. What I like about it is that it tastes like a little treat, is very satisfying, and not unhealthy. I'm using this as a substitute for bedtime snacking, a bad habit I'm trying to break. It does seem to curb my appetite somewhat too. I'm enjoying some right now, in place of the Christmas cookies and brownies sitting in my kitchen! It comes in two varieties, Tea bags or K-cups too. The Lemon Zinger K-cup version is delicious too! (Not to mention sooooo easy).
You can brew several cups of tea with one bag or K-cup before it really loses it's lemon flavor.
I prefer Lemon Zinger over plain black or green tea.
Grew up on this tea, still a favorite
I have such fond memories of drinking this tea almost every night growing up. I'd put on the kettle, go grab a book to read with my dad, and snuggle up. I've always loved lemon in just about everything, and even as my taste buds have changed and matured, Lemon ZInger tea remains an all time favorite! I must admit, now that I am more conscious of ingredients, Celestial Seasonings is not the highest quality of tea and doesn't have nearly the same health benefits as loose leaf tea, but it certainly will not harm you to drink it. If you are looking for a yummy zero calorie hot drink this season, definitely give Lemon Zinger a shot.
Flavorful and relaxing
I have a big box of Celestial Seasonings tea packets and this one is my favorite! It's very fresh tasting and relaxing. With nothing it is very citrus-y but with just a little bit of sugar it is absolutely delicious! I recommend this to anyone who wants to relax with a warm cup of tea after a long day. The flavor is the best if you like lemon/citrus!
Excellent-if you LOVE lemons!
I bought Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger Tea to add to my regular tea. I found it to be quite strong! It was not a good combination because 1 small bag of this overpowered my other 3 regular tea bags! They definitely mean that it's a 'lemon zinger.' I did not rate this negatively because if you love lemons you will definitely love this tea and how strong it is.
Excellent Flavor at an Excellent Price
Celestial Seasonings is an excellent mainstream tea provider that favors good price and quality products. Their range of teas is also excellent and you can find anything from a delicious Honey Darjeeling to a basic Lemon.
This particular lemon tea is extremley flavorful and strong, not bitter as is the case with some other citric teas. However, the acid content of this flavor appears to be very low. It's excepionally good hot as well as iced and is perfect in the morning or evening, summer or winter.
Overall, I can't get enough and usually have at least one of these Lemon Zinger teas per day, oftentimes as a nightcap. Even if you can't find their teas or a particular flavor in stores (usually a rare occurence) you can access their website or a variety of other sites who carry their products.
this is a classic that never lets down
Lemon zinger does exactly what is says it does, and it allways has. This is a classic flavor that is a hit with most . A standard in my own familly since i was a child. the lemon flavor is rounded out in such a way that the pungent zing is delivered with gentle care. not acidic. alive, not harsh, caffeine free, for an interesting beverage when you cant have caffeine. This tea is great for making ice tea on a hot day (or any day) and is a great twist on the arnald palmer. The arnald palmer with fresh lemon aide and celestial seasonings lemon zinger is a garenteed hit for summer bbqs and parties, a real crowd pleaser. try it , you will love it and your friends and familly will too.

Celestial Seasonings Puts a Zing in Your Afternoon
I love the taste of citrus so it isn't surprising that I seek out teas that include a little bit of citrus in their flavorings. One tea that offers a pleasant citrus flavor is **Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger**, a tea product named for the natural lemon that helps give it such a nice flavor. Let's take a quick look at what this tea has to offer:**Tea Commentary:**Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger is made with herbs and natural lemon flavor to produce its unique and tasty flavor. Ingredients like hibiscus, rosehips, roasted chicory, orange peel, lemongrass, lemon peel, whole dried lemons, and other natural flavors combine to produce a tea that is offers an aroma of faint citrus. The nose isn't very pronounced and you can barely tell that this is a lemon tea based on scent alone. Once you taste the tea, however, it is evident that lemon is one of the ingredients. The taste of lemon is obvious, but there is also a touch of honey and a dash of herbs. The taste is very well balanced. It isn't too sweet, too tart, or too sour.
One thing about this tea that is pleasantly surprising is its balanced lemon taste. When I first sampled Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger, I was expecting something similar to other herbal lemon teas I have tried in the past- something that was more tart and that tasted more artificial. But Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger is different. Not only is this tea well- balanced with its lemon flavors, it is also very natural in taste. Looking at a full list of ingredients, it is easy to see that lemons and natural lemon flavors are present in this tea. This natural factor, alone, makes the tea better in overall taste. Lemon dominates the taste of Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger but there are other citrus flavors present also, like orange, and they help to complement the taste. There are also a few herbs, but my taste buds could only pick out the rosehips and lemongrass. I had no idea that ingredients like roasted chicory or hibiscus were used in this tea until I saw a list of ingredients. But now that I know, I can agree that there is some roasty flavor in there, even if I can't put my finger on the specific taste. Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger is well- balanced and it doesn't really need any additional ingredients. Some may want to add a small amount of sugar to their hot tea to make sweeter and possibly even better tasting. Cream is not necessary with this tea, and I feel it actually ruins the taste. I drink mine straight- up, without any additives, and it tastes just fine to me.
**Bottom Line Viewpoint:**
Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger is a very good- tasting tea that is delicious hot or iced. The mixture of different herbs, citrus, and natural lemon make for a great afternoon tea when the workday is winding to a close. There is no caffeine in this tea, so I tend to avoid it in the morning. But Celestial Seasoning does make a very tasty afternoon beverage that warms and soothes as you drink.
Lemon Zinger is a delicious, caffeine-free tea.
Throughout any given day, I drink a lot of water. I go through about 2L of water while at work and then drink anywhere between another 1 to 2 liters between 2pm and bedtime. Although I like plain, cold water, there are times when I need to add some flavor. Sometimes I add some instant diet iced tea mix to cold water. And there are other moments when I boil the water and throw a *Lemon Zinger Tea Bag* into it. *Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger Tea* is a blend of hibiscus, rosehips, roasted chicory, lemongrass, lemon peel, whole lemons, and natural lemon flavor. It turns water a lovely reddish-pink color and sends a lovely lemony-sweet aroma into the air. This is a caffeine-free tea which means you can drink it at any hour of the day without worrying about it firing you up or interfering with normal sleep habits. When you taste the *Lemon Zinger*, it has a definite lemon flavor that is tempered a bit by the other ingredients. I could drink it without sugar if I had to, but I usually like to add a teaspoon just to sweeten things up a little bit. I like that I can enjoy a cup of this tea first thing in the morning or just before bed. I also keep a box of *Lemon Zinger* tea bags at work for those mid-day moments when I need a warm drink but not more caffeine or simply something other than plain cold water. This tea truly is a wonderful and refreshing beverage. Recommended!
