This is a great show if you like  to see positive outcomes for celebrities that are willing to battle their weight and their demons in front of the TV audience! Srgt Harvey, Dr Ian and the rest motivate and support the celebrities through their journey to recapture their looks of a bygone era In the end its evident that STAR status does not provide them with immunity from the excesses of life that ultimately leads to the limitations and breakdown we see via the condition of the contestants on their debut. It so great from a human perspective to see them overcome their fears, insecurties and weight issues!
