this show provides positive aspects and negative ones.  I would say that it is positive because people out there who are in the same situation can relate, the can maybe get some guidance as to what to do about their current weight.  On the other hand, the negative aspect is that they focus a lot on the "fat is bad", I fell depressed sometimes after I watch the show.  I use to like it, not any more
