I read the last Rosie book and couldn't wait to read this one.  Seemed mostly about Rosie and Barbara.  There were some good behind the scenes stories about The View but all in all I found the content hard to follow - many way out ideas of Rosies that I just couldn't follow.  Not sure I would recommend as a great biography.  Although I like Rosie and what she stands for and her dedication to causes, I have read much better.
